Emerald Eviction Solutions is company that specialises in private housing possession advice and evictions.

We obtain information about you when you use our website.  We collect information when you use features such as the contact forms, live chat feature or when you request a free 30 minute consultation.

What type of information is collected from you?

We also hold information regarding what you have contacted us about and told us. If you purchase a service, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processor, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
